INVENTORY SPECIALIST

Rate of pay: £80 per day

We are now looking for a reliable and professional person to work for Adept Property Services on a self employed basis carrying out Inventory Report creations, Tenant check-ins and Tenant check-outs in our key operating location of Andover, and its surrounding villages.  Occasional work outside of this area, together with some work not directly related to inventory services, may also be required.  Please note no report typing is necessary.

Successful applicants must be articulate, well presented and with a good standard of numeracy, literacy and IT skills.  Experience in a similar, or property related role is highly desirable.  A car, computer with internet connection and mobile telephone are essential.  Training, necessary equipment, appropriate accreditation and insurance will be provided.  

The role is for 1 day per week, working between approximately 9AM and 3PM, ideally a Friday (day is negotiable, and does not include Bank Holidays).  Please note flexibility is required as this may need to change in the future depending on workload.  Holiday and sickness cover will also be required, in addition to the 1 day per week.
