At Adept Property Services our in-house typing staff (who have in depth experience at typing documents such as property Inventory reports) give us the opportunity to provide typing services with a fast turnaround and at a very competitive rate.

Our typing service is solely available to:

Home Information Pack providers
Home Inspectors
Domestic Energy Assessors

Unlike many transcription companies, we do NOT charge by the minute of dictation.  We will provide a tailored fixed price for your specific type of report.  This means that as a company you will be able to accurately budget for your report production costs.

Once you have subscribed to our service your digital dictation files can be securely sent to us using our electronic dictation file send page (click here).  We then type your report and return within the agreed timescale and at the agreed fixed price.
