Click on the Send Files Now! button below to send us your dictation file(s)

You will be asked to enter your email address (as registered with us) together with any subject and message (optional), as well as attaching the dictation file(s) that you would like us to type using the 'browse' button.  To add more than one dictation file use the 'Attach more files' button.

All dictation files are sent to us using 128 bit encryption, but for additional security a password can be entered at the bottom of the File Send page (this should have been previously agreed with us).

Once you have filled in the above information and attached your dictation file(s) simply click the 'Send message' button at the bottom right of the window.  A window will then be displayed showing the progress of the sending (upload) of the dictation file(s).
Please keep this progress window open until the upload is complete.

Once the upload is complete simply close the window (using the X in the top right corner).  We will then receive your file.  For your peace of mind you will automatically receive an email when we download your dictation file(s).

For your information: Over a standard Broadband connection a 10 minute dictation file (for example a WAV file of 2.6MB) will take around 2 minutes to upload.
