Use of Video or Photograph inventories...

In an article published in the 'Agreement Magazine', there is a very interesting article about the dispute resolution services; both The Dispute Service (ARLA & NAEA sponsored) and MyDeposits (NLA sponsored).

There are guidelines about the use of documentation and what they will consider, and the basis of the article is that photos and videos are not that useful to them.

They will not accept DVD submissions or evidence. They only want the written word, which reinforces the importance of a detailed and accurate Inventory Report.

Photographs are useful, but only as a backup to the written word.
