From 1st October 2008 we will be able offer Domestic Energy Assessments, to create Energy Performance Certificates, either as part of carrying out an Inventory creation or Check-Out for a rental property client, or independently of our Inventory Services for both rental and sales clients.

Domestic Energy Assessments involve visiting the relevant property and recording several pieces of information including carrying out floor area measurements.  The report is then created after the property visit and is typically available on-line within 24 hours of the property visit.

Prices are based upon no. of bedrooms and are very competitive particularly when the Domestic Energy Assessment is carried out with an Inventory creation or Check-Out.
